brotherhood

To have an organised brotherhood, there must be
an organised chain of command. Superiors will be respected
and thus greeted not by a casual "vendui'",
but instead they will be greeted with"A'dos Quarth!"
Superiors may respond how they see fit,be it a smack in the face or otherwise.
You should be proud of your brothers and your brotherhood,
thus all members will type the motto
"Qu'malin L'Ogglin" into their character profiles.
The brotherhood will not suffer any members that are not confident
in their own skills and station, to be less than arrogant is
to bring shame to the brotherhood.
You are drow warriors
You will strive to help other drow and their allies
in and out of channel and games however you can.
You will also dispence "justice" to our enemies on sight
unless bid otherwise by a superior.
You will be friendly to other drow and especially to your brothers,
no matter what problems you may have faced in the past.
Look after the brotherhood and it will look after you,
help the brotherhood look after the guild and you will be rewarded.
There are privaledges to your station.
Once joining, the only superiors you have are the valsharessen,
the second in command to the nobles, and your superiors in the brotherhood.
This does not mean for you to be rude to the others.
As staying strong is a primary concern of the brotherhood,
there is almost always a chance to be promoted.
And if you need help on any matter, ask a brother and he will assist you.
Qu'malin Li'Ogglin!!
