meeting rules



The following are rules of conduct for our meetings.
Breaches of these rules will result in consequences.
At the beginning of each meeting members shall be reminded
of the rules of conduct as well who the designated person
to whisper to shall be.


1. The person conducting the Meeting starts the Meeting
at which point all conversation shall cease.
That person will go over the agenda as it was planned.


2. All greetings, leave takings or conversations
during the meeting should be kept to whisper.
If you have to leave for a valid reason
please whisper to the leader of the meeting
and who ever else is appropriate.
This also includes any appologies for late arrival.


3. At any point during the meeting
should you wish to address a question or comment
to the topic being discussed indicate your desire
to do so by whispering the person heading the meeting
or the designated person. To keep things simple
whisper either a C or a Q to the person in question
indicating your wish to ask a question or make a comment.


4. If you have a topic which you wish to discuss
which you have not brought to the
meeting leader's attention in advance of the meeting
please whisper the designated person what it is
and you will be fit into the meeting as is possible.
Understand that the agenda of the meeting is
usually set in advance therefor it will be
fit in as the meeting leader sees fit.


EACH SPEAKER WILL HAVE
THE SAME RESEPECT THAT YOU
WILL BE GRANTED WHEN YOU ARE SPEAKING


EVERY TIME SOMEONE SPEAKS OUT OF TURN OR RUDELY
THEY WILL BE WARNED,

3 WARNINGS WILL RESULT IN KICKING.
EXCESSIVE WARNINGS WILL RESULT IN
A BANNING FROM THE CURRENT MEETING.

IT SHOULD NEVER GET TO THIS POINT
I WOULD HOPE
BUT NECESSARY ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN!
